Cisco Systems is a global technology conglomerate based in California, USA with offices and operations worldwide. So, imagine our excitement when the IT giant and Fortune 500 company had selected Kota Kinabalu, Sabah as the destination for its three-day corporate function! Through contact with a local destination management company (DMC), we were able to join the event organising committee in the planning, design and execution of the event for end-user Cisco.

As official event designer for the three Evening Functions, we were more than ready to spread Borneon Jungle Fever to our client and their guests from the US! Fitting to our Borneo Jungle Night theme, we crafted a a Customised Opening Act that featured a Murut Warrior ambush. The same Murut warriors were also featured in the Borneo Headhunter and Modern Tribal fusion dance. The high-impact, energetic and strong Closing Act included specialised UV effects and had absolutely blew the crowd away, bringing the night to an end on a high-note!

Besides entertainment, we were involved with providing sound and ambient lighting that truly transformed the event venue into a rainforest, and delivered a custom-made rainforest photo booth with 3D real props.

With our partners, we were able to charm our client and their guests with some rainforest magic and made the event absolutely memorable!
